MK Air has over 25 years of combined experience in the refrigeration industry, specialising in commercial sectors.

Their website was outdated and lacked sufficient content to target commercial clients effectively.

The re-do project aimed to create a modern, user-friendly, informative website to attract commercial customers and clients.

  • The primary goals of the MK Air website redesign are as follows:
    a. To improve the overall design and user experience of the website.
    b. To enhance the site's content to better showcase MK Air's expertise and services.
    c. To emphasise the company's focus on commercial clients.
    d. To optimise the website for search engines to increase visibility and traffic.
    e. To create a mobile-responsive website that works seamlessly on all devices.

  • The scope of the website redesign project includes the following tasks:

    a. Design and Development:
    i. Create a new website layout with a modern design that reflects MK Air's brand identity.
    ii. Ensure the website is fully responsive and optimised for all devices, including desktop, mobile, and tablet.
    iii. Incorporate a user-friendly navigation system that allows visitors to easily find information about MK Air's services.
    iv. Implement visual elements such as images, icons, and multimedia to showcase MK Air's projects and expertise.
    v. Develop a content update and management agreement for future updates to the website.

    b.  Content Creation:
    i. Collaborate with MK Air to gather information about their services, projects, and expertise.
    ii. Develop engaging and informative content that highlights MK Air's capabilities and focus on the commercial sector.
    iii. Create content for the following sections: Home, About Us, Services, Projects, Testimonials, and Contact Us.

    c. Search Engine Optimisation (SEO):
    i. Perform keyword research to identify relevant keywords for MK Air's target audience.
    ii. Optimize website content and meta tags based on the researched keywords.
    iii. Implement on-page and off-page SEO best practices to improve the website's search engine visibility.

    d. Testing and Launch:
    i. Conduct thorough testing of the redesigned website to ensure optimal functionality and performance.
    ii. Address any issues or bugs found during the testing phase.
    iii. Launch the redesigned website upon client approval.

  • The estimated timeline for the MK Air website redesign project is approximately 10 weeks, with the following milestones:

    a. Market Research, Persona research, customer segments, vertical ops, diary studies, stakeholder interviews, user testing, market researching, Desktop Research and competitor analysis: 3 weeks.
    b. Design three High fidelity wireframes for client approval: 1 week.
    c. Content Creation: 2 weeks.
    d. SEO Implementation: 1 week.
    e. Testing and Launch: 2 weeks.
    f. Website Development: 2 weeks.

  • The client will provide all necessary branding materials and content for the site
The site will be custom-built in html, css, javaScript & PHP by Eleven, Tiffany Palermo, which would involve ongoing maintenance costs on content changes if and when they arise.

    The client will provide access to any necessary third-party tools and services (e.g. hosting, domain registration, analytics). Domain registration logins. Google analytics logins, Wordpress logins for domain delegation.

  • Delays due to unforeseen technical issues or changes to project requirements,
e.g third-party logins to WordPress, websites domain host, website host, google analytics logins, Google Business ownership delegation and handoff.

    Content or branding materials provided by the client are not sufficient or require additional re-work, e.g. website copy/content and image re-work with
Ai, photoshop and illustrator. Low resolution and or no branding assets.
