How do you stop Residential customers from calling a Commercial business?
A take it-or leave-it experience!
Picture yourself as a co-owner of a well-known HVAC installation business that has been frustratingly static in its growth. You receive plenty of enquiries. Unfortunately, most of these enquiries are from the customers you do not want —the ones your core business model was never meant to attract.
After investigating and speaking to your peers, you’ve concluded that despite the website experiencing a healthy amount of SERP, you risk losing potential customers and tens of thousands of dollars in revenue because of the content, or lack thereof. Your online presence is basic at best, bland, and open for interpretation—similar to a Tarantino film where your imagination fills in the blanks.
Your company and your team are experts in BIG! Commercial HVAC builds. Your service offering is excellent and worth showcasing.
See the MKAir project page; it has pretty pictures and more details, the eleven ways of working, the who, why, how, and what I do to help make informed decisions and deliver what my clients and stakeholders really want, not what I think or presume they want.
Keeping track of Hydraulic Plumbers and the customers they service.
Time to rebuild
You are the brains behind a Hydraulic Plumbing business that’s spent the better part of a year endeavouring to roll out an online maintenance booking service offering that will capture your maintenance clients and track your employees’ (Hydraulic Plumbers) time. You’ve found the perfect third-party tool and are now ready to go.
Like so many small businesses with resource and time constraints, you no longer have access to your digital assets, even your brand assets—those assets departed with the person who set them up.
Your website is old and has never showcased your or your teams’ expertise or delivered projects. View a high-level overview of the project.

Wellnest Health December 2023
Digital Transformation of the Wellnest Health website, including Mind Body B2B updating and configuring, Social Media strategies and Training. The goal of this project is to redesign and reconfigure the Wellnest Health website & Mind & Body app to properly leverage their back office tools, improve the user experience of their customers and their employees, licensed practitioners, increase patient engagement, and enhance online visibility while ensuring alignment with the brand's philosophy and values.
The redesigned website should support Wellnest Health's mission to provide sustainable, experience-based, and evidence-based healthcare, making it easier for patients to discover services, book appointments, and interact with the healthcare team.
Key performance indicators to measure the success of this goal include increased website traffic, improved conversion rates for appointment bookings, and positive feedback from patients and healthcare professionals.

We were always taught that art creates problems and design solves them. Is that an overly limiting way to think of our practice? Are we closing ourselves off to interesting opportunities by not embracing the role of troublemakers?
